               ● San Luis Obispo County, Los Osos Wastewater Development Project: Evaluated wastewater
disposal alternatives to help reduce reliance on potable water supplies and mitigate seawater
intrusion. Assisted in the preparation of the Viable Project Alternatives screening reports in
support of the Proposition 218 ballot.
               ● UC Santa Cruz, California Campus Reclaimed Water Study: Evaluated alternative water
sources and identified potable offset projects, and the related regulatory requirements, for the
                   UC Santa Cruz Campus.
               ● City of Fresno, Recycled Water Master Plan: Identified and developed alternatives for
maximizing the use of recycled water in the City of Fresno to offset landscape irrigation,
agricultural irrigation, industrial water use, and residential indoor use. This project included
developing the permitting implications and cost estimation for the different project

issued to the Bay Area stormwater dischargers requiring them to pilot low flow and first
                   flush diversion projects.

Evaluation” for the Best Practicable Treatment or Control. Established protocol to determine
constituents of de minimis concern to justify eliminating constituents from BPTC programs.
Led studies to evaluate percolation pond management to reduce arsenic and manganese in
groundwater at the Fresno/Clovis treatment plant.
