communicating policy language to many of the State and Federal agencies that are
involved with potential support or funding for water supply solutions.
The Executive Director of BACWA must have broad skills to manage its committees,
expert contracts, deal with the public, and work with members within the context of
public awareness. My networking skills and experience developing solid working
relationships with leaders in the water industry, and my ability to effectively
communicate with diversified groups, make me an excellent fit for this position. I
am the right person for the duties and have the energy, commitment and integrity to
become the Executive Director of BACWA because I have the broad skills to make
BACWA successful.
Another of my unique qualifications is that I am currently the contract Executive
Director of CalDesal also a 501c6 association like BACWA. My consulting business is
an S-Corp, so I can smoothly transition into providing Executive Director services to
BACWA under a contract with my consulting corporation.
