           NORTHERN	MORAINE	WASTEWATER	RECLAMATION	DISTRICT	|	DISTRICT	MANAGER
           Island	Lake,	Illinois	|	2017	-	Present

           Top	administrator	of	a	regional	resource	recovery	facility,	reporting	to	a	five-member	Board	of	Trustees	appointed	by	the	State
           of	Illinois	Legislature.		Developing	and	creating	a	team	culture	towards	asset	management	and	responsible	operations	and
           management.		Manage	a	capital	and	operating	budget	of	$13	million	with	services	to	three	(3)	villages	in	McHenry	and	Lake
           Counties.

           LAKES	REGION	SANITARY	DISTRICT	|	DISTRICT	MANAGER
           Ingleside,	Illinois	|	2004	–	2017

           Chief	executive	at	the	District,	reporting	to	a	Board	of	Trustees	appointed	by	Lake	County.		Oversaw	major	facility	expansions	to
           accommodate	high	paced	growth	in	northwest	Lake	County.		Liaison	between	several	municipalities,	government	bodies	and
           constituents	 to	 ensure	 that	 regional	 system	 benefit	 80,000	 people.	 Doubled	 customer	 base	 and	 assets	 in	 a	 5-year	 period.
           Managed	capital	and	operating	budgets	up	to	$18	million.
               Negotiation
                  •   Authored	intergovernmental	agreements	focused	on	expansions	doubling	total	sewer	miles,	two	regional	pumping
                      stations	and	two	additional	lift	stations	within	a	fiveyear	period.
                  •   Negotiated	agreements	with	municipal	bodies	and	private	developers.
               Risk	Mitigation
                  •   Secured	pre-payment	of	special	connection	fees	($7M)	to	fund	major	portion	of	the	regional	expansion.
