Executive Summary: To secure a project management or senior environmental civil engineering
position. I have over fourteen years of demonstrated experience in civil
environmental and geotechnical engineering, ranging in geotechnical,
water resource development, wastewater and water treatment systems
from many varieties of new land development, subsurface soil structure,
foundational rehabilitation, redesign of deteriorated waste ponds, sand
filters, wetlands, oil-water separators, industrial waste design, permits,
hydraulics, hydrology, groundwater protection and extensive coordination
with other designers, construction and inspections for all projects. I
develop a positive team work atmosphere that streamlines projects from
development to completion of construction. I apply cost effective
research, innovation, new technology and energy (LEED) efficient
applications to projects. These applications are demonstrated and

Professional Experience

June 2015 to Present.
Consultant Civil Engineer, P.E.
Provided wastewater and water treatment, design engineering, for private
contractors and owners. Developed and designed for combination
municipal and decentralized wastewater and water treatment systems for
single family homes and apartments located in rural areas. Researched
and redesigned storm water segments due to recent wet year. Assembled
and provided documentation permit package and obtain approved
wastewater and water treatment systems permits for private from local
agencies. Perform construction inspections and final inspections and pre-
occupancy inspections. Consultants I did temporary and pro bono work last 4 years,
Technipower for private water company in San Jose, Stormwater Engineering Report for
Orangevale Supervisor for emergency funding for continuous flooding area to obtain
emergency funding for stormwater muni connections to prevent contamination to Folsom
Lake, DLV Quality Heating and Air Mechanical contractor. Preoccupency inspection of
4 storage bldg and provided documents to court and City of Oroville

November 2005 to April 2014.
Engineer, P.E. Civil-Environmental/ Geotechnical
California Department of Transportation, Range D. I performed as a
Project Lead Design Engineer for wastewater and water treatment, water
resource development, geotechnical, hydrology, storm water, groundwater
protection, soil structure and groundwater injection projects including
coordination of all engineering disciplines and district transportation
design engineers through each phase of design to ensure continuity and
constructability. All projects designed were completed on time and
