            Assistant General Manager - Water                                          October 2015 to Present
            Oversee the Water Division of the Riverside Public Utilities with a $100 Million Budget
               •   150 Personnel
               •   $60 Million operating budget
               •   $25 Million CIP budget
            Served as Interim General Manager for 10 months.
               •   Largest department of the City of Riverside, $500 Million Budget, 650 personnel
               •   Stabilized working environment during major changes in leadership
               •   Secured passage of 5-year rate plans for the water and electric utilities


            Engineering Manager                                                    October 2013 – October 2015
            Responsible for the Water Division of the Department of Public Utilities.
               •   Oversaw 35 personnel, including Water Resources, Planning, Design and Contract

               •   $25 Million CIP budget
               •   Developed non-rate revenue sources
               Served as Interim Assistant General Manager – Water for 8 months

            Principal Engineer – Water Operations Manager                          January 2010 – October 2013

            Responsible for the Water Operations Group.
               •   Oversaw a 35 person group that included operators, electricians and mechanics, SCADA
                   techs, water quality techs, engineers, analysts and support staff
