                 Martin displayed a genuine depth for a wide variety of water divisions and has leadership
         Overall: experience that focused on talent retention and customer service.  He has delivered

                 regulatory presentations and led the implemenation of technological advancement.  While I
                 do have a minor concern over Martin's lack of an Assistant General Manager title and lack of
                 exposure to special districts, I still have no hesitancy in moving him forward to the panel
                 interview stage.
