            A State Water Contractor that provides domestic, sanitation, recycled, irrigation and storm water
            services for over 100,000 households covering over 1,000 square miles in the lower desert between
            Palm Springs and the Salton Sea.

            Performed all aspects of utility engineering, including development support, planning, special
            studies, contract administration, project management, design, construction administration and
            operations support.
               •   Handled the construction of seven new wells, three storage tanks and fifteen pipeline projects

               •   Negotiated with developers and wrote agreements
