Primary responsibility was to coach and mentor very technically competent structural design engineers in the
areas of project, contract and client management. The Founder was looking to go into semi-retirement, but he
was concerned about the contract, client and project management capabilities of his team. Assisted 5 Project
Managers in getting significant lagging contract amendments negotiated with clients and bringing project
budgets and schedules back into line with contracts and client expectations. After 10-months the issues of
concern were resolved; the project managers were functioning with confidence and competence; client
relations, projects, contracts and schedules were turned around and Project managers were all performing well.
