         Overall: Julie has several years of direct experience in prior roles.  Julie has made a career out of
                 identifying and implementing technological solutions.  Her most recent major undertaking
                 was creating the library and library systems for the Musicians Institute College from scratch.
                 Julie has created an online library of digital assets and enjoys dynamic environments where
                 she can leverage her experience in achieving goals that move institutions forward.  She
