                              three divisions  including  finance and administration;  operations  and technical
                              services;  and engineering and maintenance.  Directly  responsible for  all water
                              system finances including  $179M annual  revenue;  $100M operating  budget;
                              $65M capital budget; managing $1B in assets; $150M pension plan; and $30M
                              OPEB Plan.

               POSITION:  Assistant General Manager – Finance & Administration
               DUTIES:        Responsible  for all areas  of the  Water  Works’ financial operations,  including
                              general accounting;  financial reporting;  annual audits;  operational and  capital
                              budgeting; revenue assessment and collection; cash and investment management,
                              to  include investment  of all funds  and reserves;  risk management and pension
                              plans;  collection of outstanding  bills; directly responsible  for all bond issues.
                              Responsible for the administration and management of Information Technology
                              Department including company-wide software and hardware implementation, and
                              determination of  programming needs.  Responsible  for purchasing, building
                              maintenance and on-site security administration.

               DUTIES:        Responsible for  all  city financial  operations, including  general accounting;
                              financial reporting; operation and capital budgets; tax and license administration

                              and several  city pension plans.  Responsible  for  financial reporting and  annual
