         equipment, parts, and repair processes.

         ·Implemented knowledge management for the $25M generator project that produced training
         videos for operators and electricians.

         Responsible for all engineering activities, including water quality, production and
         distribution.Oversaw annual operating and maintenance budget of $14.8 million and 5 year
         capital budget of $75 million.Improved efficiency by implementing:
         · Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) : Implemented radio-based, computer-
         controlled system to manage delivery of potable water from treatment plants to customers at an
         annual savings of $200,000.
         · Geographic Information System (GIS) : implemented computer map and related applications to
         reduce annual operating cost by $100,000.

         · Management Information System (MIS) :Leading advocate for establishment of mainframe
         corporate information system to provide whole company project status information.
         · Hydraulic Model : Developed, calibrated and implemented hydraulic model to provide energy
