         EXPERIENCE

         Executive Director, Niagara Falls Water Board, March 2017-Current
         Niagara Falls, NY
         Responsible for all aspects of the Niagara Falls water systems; finances; operations of the water
         plant, the wastewater plant, collections system, distribution system, personnel.Report directly to a
         5-member board. Interact with EPA, DEC, City of Niagara Falls City departments, Mayor, City
         Council
         Key Accomplishments
         ·Revived CMMS work management system that over 2 years, increased the annual number of
         completed work orders from 2200 to 4500
         ·Initiated professional development program that included leadership, operator licenses, personnel
         annual reviews, and documented standard operating procedures, improving the skills of our
         workforce and quality of completed work.
         ·Initiated newsletter which communicated to the entire organization our mission and vision.
         ·Successfully managed wastewater treatment plant consent order delivering all submittals on
         schedule.
         ·Developed a documented sewer pipe capital improvement plan which included a $300,000
         camera truck, PACP certified operators, numerical pipe condition data base connected to GIS
         which produced a long term, condition based capital improvement plan.
         ·Lead the development of an electronic Operations and Maintenance system that provides
         available repair information, within 5 mouse clicks, which reduces equipment repair time.
         ·$33M O&M budget, $50M Capital budget, $23.2M Grants
