RFL: Kent is currently working with the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority. He would like to
leave the island, as he feels that it is too small of an environment. He needs a faster

Kent has an interesting career history, having worked with Veolia for five years consulting
with large municipalities and water agencies, and many years in the public sector. In his
current position he reports to the Director overseeing the entire Authority. Kent functions
as the COO and Chief Engineer, where he oversees a staff of 200. Kent has had
exposure to large city governments during his time with SF Public Utilities Commission,
where he oversaw a team of 300.
