                 Jessica had a positive and enthusiastic demeanor throughout the course of our conversation. As a current
                 employee, she was able to highlight her passion for CASA's mission and the value it provides to its
                 membership. During her time with CASA, she has worked extensively in the legislative area of the industry
                 with both state and federal programs. She had important insight on working with a diverse membership-based
                 organization.


                 While Jessica certainly presented well, and made a strong case for her candidacy, she has only one year of
                 experience managing a direct report so may lack the managerial acumen that other candidates in the pool
                 bring.

                 "I think CASA is outstanding. I have seen with other organizations varying degrees of services, and I think
                 CASA is up there with the best of them. In terms of evaluating - a lot of it comes back to feedback from your
                 membership. Making sure that you are listening to feedback both positive and negative is important, and also
                 incorporating that feedback is important."
