Overall: Adam has been with CASA for close to seven years in a variety of capacities. The various
roles that he has led him through a diversity of experience that would certainly be valuable
in the Executive Director position. Adam's energy was low and laid back during our
conversation, but he spoke well and communicated clearly. He has limited direct
management experience, if any, so was unable to give too much color around the question
of management strategy, but cited Bobbi as an example to draw from.
"I'm interested because it is the next logical step for me. I have been with CASA for 7 years.
I have done virtually everything that there is to do for CASA. I have done a lot around where
we have been and where we are headed. The Executive Director position has an appeal
because I would love to guide the agency forward. "
