                  •   Direct the association’s state and federal legislative advocacy programs; serve as the primary legislative
                      advocate; negotiate public policy on behalf of the association; provide strategic guidance on public policy
                      development to the association and member agencies; manage relationships with elected officials, legislative
                      and administrative staff, and other stakeholders on behalf of the association.
