Overall: Venu is currently working with an engineering consulting firm, Stantec, where he leads a
team of 50 staff in areas including business development, engineering, and general
performance and growth. He is passionate about clean water. Throughout the questions he
was very engineering and consultant focused. He was unable to step outside of this
perspective and think about the greater issues facing CASA and its mission. This could
also point to a lack of preparation.
