Cannot Discover Cresnet® Devices
The Cresnet® device cannot be discovered by the Crestron Home system and the following
condition is occurring:
l The Cresnet device is not discovered by the Crestron Home system.
l The Cresnet device is displayed in the Network Device Tree using Crestron Toolbox
software.
Possible Cause(s)
The firmware for the Cresnet device or Crestron Home processor is not up to date.
Corrective Action(s)
Update the firmware for the Cresnet device and Crestron Home processor.
