On a trip around the globe an ear•ring came off her
ear•lobe. So Mrs. Loeb called on the police of the city of
Nice insisting that they probe.
But by Job ! All along that earring had been right in
the left pocket of her robe.
Story 249
No Poaching
As night was about to ap•proach, Tikeisha began to fish for
loach. At first she tried bait, a live roach, which she
carried in her brooch. Having no luck, she pulled out a light
and began to poach.
However, she soon was caught and then given a very stiff
re•proach.
