PROMOTING MICHIGAN NURSING PRIDE WITH BRANDED GIFTS

Brand awareness giveaways play a vital role in the recruitment process at
Michigan Medicine, helping to strengthen the connection that many feel
with the iconic maize and blue. The Nurse Recruitment and Retention team
distributes items featuring the block M to thousands of individuals at
conferences, career fairs, and special events, extending the reach of our
brand and fostering a sense of belonging. Additionally, these branded items
are shared with our own staff at special events and retreats, allowing them
to showcase their pride in Nursing at Michigan and reinforce a positive,
unified organizational culture.
