RESET PASSWORD FEATURE
If you lock yourself out of TGB Online banking, or simply do not remember your
password, you have the ability to reset the password yourself.
Before the Reset Password feature can be utilized, the Current Email
Address, Password Reset Question and Password Reset Answer fields must be
completed. These fields are modified by clicking on the Options tab > Personal >
Modify Personal Settings after initial login. The Password Reset Answer field is
case sensitive.
Once the Current Email Address, Password Reset Question and Password Reset
Answer fields are completed you may use the Reset Password function by
following these instructions .
Step 1: Click “Forgot Your Password” on the login screen.
