RECEIVING MESSAGES

An automated e-mail is sent informing you of a new message from Texas Gulf
Bank. After a successful login, a red flashing icon followed by a message alert will
be visible on the Accounts Listing page.
Once the message is viewed, you may View, Reply, or Delete the message. Mes-
sages stay in the inbox until deleted.

ONLINE BANKING FEATURES

VIEWING TRANSACTIONS
Select Transactions from the drop-down menu next to an account.
From the View Range on the far right, you can select to view transactions since
the last statement or for the last 7, 15 or 30 days. If you select All, you will get
transactions for approximately 1 year. Click on View Image under the Ref/Check
No column to view image of check. Switch between accounts using the “View
Transactions for” drop down box.
Select Search from the Transaction sub-menu to search transactions by date,
dollar amount, credit, debit, or check number.
