Step 5: Create a new password. Click Submit.

Step 1: After logging in, select Contact, located at the top-right side
of the screen.
Step 2: Click New.
Step 3: Fill out message
information. Click Submit.
From: Your TGB Online ID
Your E-mail: E-mail address entered in settings. This is the address the bank uses to
send an automated message notifying you when the bank responds to your message.
Your Name: Full name
Subject: Enter a subject for the message.
Urgency: The level selected flags the message accordingly.
Attachment: Browse for a file and attach to the message (if necessary).
