Welcome to the 6th edition of iNetrepreneur Magazine!
First, I want to thank everyone who has been a part of iNETrepreneur Network, the growth we have
experienced, and the creation of this magazine. None of this would be possible without the loyal
support of our members, guests, and facilitators who faithfully run and attend each of our weekly
meetings.
This quarter’s issue features Stuart Gethner on the cover. He tells us about building passive income
through real estate. He discusses how he got started in real estate investing, what a great deal looks
like, and who he likes to partner with.
Then our editor, Brian K. Wright, interviewed Alec Stern who is best known for being a co-founder
of Constant Contact. He was with the company for 18 years from startup to IPO to a $1.1 billion
acquisition. We discussed a lot of topics including how Constant Contact got started, creating a
world-class customer service reputation, and deciding what metrics to track.
This issue also features an interview with Doug Vermeeren, who has produced some of the best-
known personal development movies ever made. He is also recognized by Money Magazine as the
number one passive income coach in the world. We talked about what passive income is and the
best ways to create that right now.
Other articles in this issue include discussions about putting customer service first in a memorable
way, why life insurance is one of the most important financial decisions you will ever make,
overcoming imposter syndrome, how small business owner sabotage their success and what to do
about it, and much more.
