Ace: I am the first American born in my family. I was born in New York
City but lived and grew up in Edison, New Jersey. I graduated from
Empress public High school, JP Stevens, then attended St. John's University in
Staten Island, New York with a scholarship for community service and
travel. Believing I was behind and competing with Ivy League students
State of for jobs, I did six internships in media and entertainment. I was
accepted to the NBC Universal Inc. Page Program, a highly competitive
media fellowship program that develops leadership with a 1.3%
acceptance rate. In order to be accepted, there is a rigorous 8-hour
Mind interview in which candidates go through a one-on-one interview, a
panel interview, and perform a 2 minute2-minute creative elevator
pitch. Those who impress the HR panel and Directors of the program
are accepted -– Some of alumni include Regis Feldman, Aubrey Plaza,
and notable presidents and higher levelhigher-level executives within
Media and Entertainment across the entirety of the industry. It wasn’t
easy to get in – a coordinator made a mistake and I had to do the panel
interview twice. After working in New York City for a year, I moved to
