Oatmeal and Peppermint Hair Mask






                  Items you will need:

                ●   2 tablespoons instant rolled oats for shoulder-length hair
                ●   1 cup full fat milk
                ●   2 tablespoons sweet almond oil
                ●   8 drops peppermint essential oil



                  Step-by-Step Instructions

                1.   Gather the ingredients needed for your hair mask together at your
                       work station.
                2.   In a small mixing bowl, tumble in your instant oats.
                3.   Pour in the milk slowly over the oats, stirring throughout to ensure
                       the oats and milk don’t form a clumpy mess.
                4.   Warm up your sweet almond oil and add to this mix.
                5.   Add in the peppermint essential oil and give your mixture one final
                       stir to complete the mask.
                6.   If the mask is too thick, you can add a tablespoon or two of water
                       to dilute your mask.
                7.   Use a brush to apply this resulting mask to your hair.
                8.   Apply evenly and ensure that you cover all sections of your scalp
                       thoroughly.
                9.   Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic bag and allow the mask
                       to work its wonders for about fifteen to thirty minutes.
                10.   Then, rinse off with lots of water and an optional sulfate-free
                       shampoo.
                11.   Apply this treatment to your hair about two times a week for four
                       weeks to see visible reduction in hair fall
