PERSONAL PRESENTATION

Team members at Cowch take pride in their personal presentation.
They ensure they arrive to work well groomed and in the correct
        uniform.

        • The pride a team member takes in their personal appearance
reflects the pride they take in their job.

        • The manner in which the team is presented is often the very first
impression that a guest has of the brand. Make it a good one!

        • If the team is presented in correct uniform, clean and ironed, with
a big smile, they project a professional and positive image and the

guest is immediately at ease. See Uniform Standard and Procedure.

        • By the same standard, if the team looks untidy and unclean,
customers will assume this is representative of the venue as a whole.

        • Taking care with personal presentation is a way of showing respect
for your work place and your guests. Take time to ensure the best
            ‘you’ is on display!

        • All clothing must always be clean and ironed.

        • All team members will be aware of their personal hygiene, particular
in summer months. Anti-perspirant deodorant is recommended.
Emergency deodorant is available in each venue.

        • Subtle perfume and cologne is permitted.

        • Clean and comfortable, black closed toe shoes.

        • Nail varnish may only be worn in natural shades and if immaculately

maintained (no chips). Acrylic, gel and fake nails are not permitted.

        • Provocative or inappropriate tattoos are not
            permitted.

        • Strictly no jewellery is to be worn on shift.
Any jewellery worn must be approved by
            a manager.

        • Long hair must always be tied back

            neatly and tightly.

        •  Men should be cleanly shaven;
alternatively all facial hair should be
tidily groomed. A beard net must be
            worn if working with food.
