jolt: an Introduction
Cowch uses the Jolt operations platform to manage tasks,
forms and checklists. Jolt assists us to keep our productivity and
consistency in line with our workplace obligations and duties. It
helps us to ensure the venue is clean and tidy, and that we adhere to
food safety guidelines.
The Jolt platform is accessible through the designated iPad at your
venue. Jolt is used to record when tasks are completed and by whom.
If tasks are required to be completed by a certain time, an alarm will
sound to remind staff.
Jolt even allows you to take a photo as a record of a completed task.
Jolt will prompt you to take a photo when it is required.
Jolt helps us to keep on track with the venue’s cleanliness and ensures
we are up to date with food safety requirements.
Each team member is issued with their own log-in identification.
Cowch uses Jolt for:
• Checklists including: opening,
cleaning, sampling, labeling
and closing checklists.
• Temperature logs including:
fridge temperature and goods
received logs.
• Store audits
• Training guides
