Taking Reservations




        Whether it be over the phone or in the venue, all staff will understand
        the importance of reservations and functions to the success of the
        business and ensure they follow the correct procedure.




        When taking reservations or functions enquiries, ensure the following
        details are recorded correctly and entered directly into the bookings
        system:

        •  Full name

        •  Phone number
        •  Email address

        •  Date and time of reservation
        •  Number of people (pax)

        •  Occasion
        •  Any special requests or dietary
            requirements

        If the reservation is for a large booking (e.g. over
        8pax) please transfer the call to your manager or
        supervisor.

        All bookings are to be confirmed at least 3 days prior to booked date.






        WATER SERVICE






        Filtered tap water will be available for all guests at Cowch. The self-
        service station will be clean and stocked at all times. Guests who ask
        for water at the bar, will be served at the bar.



        The water station must be set with clean, polished glasses at all times.
        It is a self service water station however all staff must assist guests as

        necessary.
        If guests request tap water, let them know there is a water station and
        they are welcome to help themselves. Of course if it is a quiet time

        (cold period) you are encouraged to serve them water to the table.

        If a guest asks for water at the bar, they will be served water at the bar.
