APPLICATIONS PPLICATIONS
Remote reading pendulum model TPI 30 is used to measure
continuously and / or distance relative movement in a pendulum Dimensions approx. :
wire installed on a structure or a generally tall structure. 400 x 400 x 300 mm
It is used for monitoring structures (dams, containments of Weight approx. :
nuclear power plant ...) requiring control horizontal movements 16 kg
they undergo.
Using Temperature :
D -10 à +50°C
DESCRIPTIF ESCRIPTION
The remote reading pendulum model TPI 30 is composed of a
set of stainless steel fully enclosed and painted. The TPI30 is Cable :
secured to the structure to be monitored using stainless steel Model 5C
support brackets. The target is for its part, placed on the wire of 5 conductors
the pendulum measured. shielding braid
The set consists of two pairs of coils, placed one above the Sensor supply :
other, and perpendicular to each other, which allows the -15 V continuous
measurement of horizontal movement of a pendulum wire 0,04 A
positioned to pass through the apparatus.
Each of the axes in a table form with the target which is Options :
associated therewith, a couple generating an oscillating signal Box with individual connectors
by passing current in the coil. The frequency variation of this
signal correlated with the precise relative position of a target
between the two coils allows the individual calibration of each of Accessories :
the two axes at the same table. Manual read out unit
Delivery template
The frequency output signal allows signal transmission over long Fixation supports
lengths suited to large projects. The lack of contact between the
target and the coils avoids wear of the sensitive element,
increasing its lifetime.
