Chapter 1: Introduction

3. Using a phillips head screwdriver, loosen the four screws (CN) enough to
slide the front panel (CO) up and off the back box (CP) (see figure 1-66 on
page 1-132).

4. Slide the front panel up (CO) and off the back box (CP).

SHOCK HAZARD:
Turn off the power supply in the alarm, and leave it off during the
installation of any component or sub-assembly. Failure to do so could
result in personal injury or equipment damage.

5. Turn the power switch (CQ) to the OFF position.

6. Unplug the buzzer wiring (CR).

7. Unplug the power supply wiring (CU).

8. Remove the front panel (CO).
