Chapter 1: Introduction
WARNING:
The demand valves all fit into ¼" tee ports. Ensure that the transducer
and demand valve assembly you install is for the type of gas or vacuum
in the line you are currently connecting. If the incorrect transducer is
installed, patient welfare may be compromised.
WARNING:
Ensure that the correct type of transducer and DISS demand flow valve
is installed for the type of gas or vacuum being monitored. If incorrect
components are installed, patient welfare may be at risk.
SHOCK HAZARD:
Turn off the power supply in the alarm, and leave it off during the
installation of any component or sub-assembly. Failure to do so could
result in personal injury or equipment damage.
