接新病人：
A：你好！請問您的住院資料？請問您叫什麼名字？我先幫您量身高體
重。
Hello! May I take your hospital information? What’s your
name? May I measure your height and weight?

A：現在我幫您作環境介紹：配膳間、污衣間。
Let me brief you on the environment: pantry room, laundry
room.
A：請問您是否需訂餐，有無特殊飲食禁忌？
Do you need to order meals? Do you have any special
diet restrictions?

A：現在我帶您到病房，這是您的病床，有任何事情可按紅燈通知護理
站。
Let me show you to your room. This is your bed. If you
have any questions, please press the red button.
A：請問您這次是哪裡不舒服來住院？
What is your major complaint/ illness for coming to the
hospital?

A：現在要抽血、做心電圖及照X-ray，待會會有勤務中心的人員來接
您，請跟我來。
We will draw a blood sample, do an EKG, and take an
X-ray. An orderly will pick you up later. Please follow me.
