KAVKA will draw upon the long vodka making heritage Our partner distillery has been making vodka for over 200
of Poland. We have formed a partnership with a small years while their master distiller Urszula Wojcik has been

famed for producing the best vodkas.
Because KAVKA will be a blend, each batch will have
small variations-with strict quality controls in place at all
times- so there will be vintage/batch numbers to identify
each production. We will also reserve quantities of each
batch to age, for which there is increasing demand.
4. Stage 2 – Flavours
Using the base KAVKA vodka we will start producing a
limited range of flavoured vodkas. The process here will
comprise natural maceration of fresh fruit, herbs and
spices together with a secondary distillation which creates
a vodka that has a fantastic concentration of flavour
together with a depth and complexity not found in other
flavoured vodkas. The flavours will be chosen on the basis
of their quality and flexibility they must be suitable to be
drunk by themselves as well as a mixer or in a cocktail.
For example, Horseradish and Honey is delicious by itself
but also makes a great Bloody Mary.
The flavours will be sold in 50cl bottles and will
command a super premium price.
