late January. The store is located at 1300 Biddle Road in Medford and
employs 150 people, from skilled butchers and bakers to cheesemon-
gers and beverage stewards.
In addition to providing natural, organic, and conventional choices,
Market of Choice offers a wide variety of choices for specific dietary
lifestyles, such as gluten-free, keto, vegan/vegetarian, plant-based
and paleo. Market of Choice is invested in helping local food and bev-
erage makers bring thousands of products to market for customers
to enjoy.

in my family’s heart,” says Market of Choice CEO and owner Rick

business over the years, the Wrights have provided mostly full-time
jobs for thousands of people who receive higher-than-industry-aver-
age wages and benefits. Market of Choice employs more than 1,400
people at its 11 Oregon stores, located in Ashland, Bend, Corvallis,
Eugene, Portland, West Linn, and Medford.
The 31,000-square-foot market features an impressive produce
selection, scratch-made baked goods and barista counter, specialty
cheeses, a beer and wine shop, growler fill station, whole health and
bulk items, a full-service meat and seafood department, a gourmet
