internationalization of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), providing investors, buyers,
and exporters (direct and indirect) marketing assistance that is available on demand in
technology-enabled platforms that is easy, accessible, user-friendly, and available 24/7
Focus on creating market leaders
Providing massive assistance by implementing innovative projects and extending differentiated
firm-level interventions for micro enterprises; Brand development shall be adopted as a key strategy
Private sector-led consumer redress mechanism
More engaged stakeholder in standards development
A more transparent, relevant, preventive, proactive, purposive policy development process
characterized by regular consultations with stakeholders
Environment where consumers themselves, and businesses will lead the advocacy
Integrated system of data collection and analysis, strengthened coordination and cooperation,
vertical and horizontal processing of data information, and institutionalized data
Human capital management
A more synergized organization towards the DTI’s breakthrough goals (atin)
Inter-operable, user friendly, consolidated database that can generate customized market
intelligence, and is available and accessible
A more improved and efficient utilization of resources through timely and well-managed
