3. Cannaterpenes Global Manufacturers

Cannaterpenes is the license holder as per Section 22C (1) (b) of the Medicines Act (Medicines
Control Council and the Department of Health) and is conducting business from a warehouse
growing facility in 110 River Road, Mantevrede AH, Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng.

This include the following 4 disciplines

 Cultivate/grow and produce Hemp and Cannabis and Cannabis resin;
 Extract and test Hemp & Cannabis, Cannabis resin and/or cannabinoids;
 Manufacture a medicine containing cannabinoids and
 Public Research and Development.

Cannaterpenes is a company which penetrated into the cannabis cultivation market in Africa.
Cannaterpenes applied for a hemp and cannabis cultivator license and started with one warehouse
in Africa. Cannaterpenes started its growing business in 2019.

Cannaterpenes is a company that was be built on a solid foundation. From our inception, we have
decided to recruit only qualified and trained people to man various job positions in our company.
Cannaterpenes seeks only to leverage on our expertise to build our business brand as a premiere
hemp and cannabis cultivator within Africa.

CBD Full Spectrum is a new company which penetrated into the cannabis cultivation market in
Africa. CBD Full Spectrum together with Cannaterpenes applied for a cannabis cultivator
license and started with one warehouse in Africa. CBD Full Spectrum Manufacturers
International started its growing business in 2019.
