Removal:
Insert Counter Torque Wrench over the rod and screw
heads. Using the T-Handle Torque Wrench Driver
loosen the set screws by turning counterclockwise. The
Set Screw Inserter or Double Ended Set Screw Inserter
can then be used to remove the set screw from the
pedicle screw and out of the counter torque wrench.
Once set screws are removed, insert rod holder to
remove rods. Use polyaxial screwdriver to remove the
pedicle screws.
Removed implants are not to be reused.
