System Removal:
Insert Torque Wrench Driver into connector set screws
and turn counterclockwise until the set screws are
disengaged from the rods.
Insert Torque Wrench Driver into the polyaxial screw
set screws and rotate counterclockwise until the set
screws are disengaged from the pedicle screws. Once
set screws are removed, use the rod holder to remove
rods. Use the polyaxial screwdriver or the Screw
Adjuster to remove the pedicle screws.
Removed implants are not to be reused.
