The main factors affect the stock
material consumption of the company are
safety stock, reorder value, maximum stock,
number of PR, number of materials
requested, number of PO, number of
material received. According to descriptive
analysis, a large percentage of stock
materials had been consumed less than 50
units per year. High percentage of lead time
of stock materials could be noticed between
15 days to 24 days.
The factors affect the non-stock material
consumption in company are number of
materials requested through PR, number of
material received through PO, number of
Direct PR, number of Direct PO. Lead time,
number of PR, number of PO, number of
materials requested through direct PR,
number of material received through direct
PO do not affect the consumption.
In addition to aforementioned facts it
can be concluded that lead time does not
affect to the both stock and non-stock
material consumption and number of

materials requested through PR highly
affects to the stock material consumption
whereas number of direct PR highly affects
to the non-stock material consumption.
