               A. For general documents

                               “Who is writing the article or the information (author or authors)?”

               Who is the article being written for (audience)? , What is the purpose of the article (reason)?


               ,  Is  the information  flow  logical  (structure)?,  What  does  the writer  intend to  communicate
               (message)?– How well does the writer get the message across (communication)? Are there things
               that are not written that should have been communicated (biases, omissions)? , Is the article
               relevant to you or your practice as a  pharmacist? , Any other Comments.

               B. For scientific articles


                       The article is used in the lab data,  the experiment, academic studies, and it is not  for
               everybody to read. The example of questions to ask while reading the material are Who is writing
               the article, Who is the audience, Is the abstract clear, What is the article trying to demonstrate,
               How was the study conducted, Who sponsored the research.


               C. For news articles

                       The article is for media, social media, and needs to consider bias, reliability of data. The
               example of questions to ask while reading the material are Who is writing the article, Who is the
               audience, Is there a clear message communicated throughout, What is the author’s motive/Do
               they have a bias, What does the author want the audience to believe, Is there confusion between
               feelings and facts, Is there a relationship between own experience and the authors, Will it has an
               impact as pharmacists.
