RESOLUTION BY THE PUBLIC WORKS & CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
COMMITTEE AND STORMWATER & WASTEWATER COMMITTEE
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF AN AUGER ATTACHMENT FOR THE

SKID STEER

WHEREAS, the Village Board adopted an Updated Capital Projects Plan
per Resolution 2018-10; and

WHEREAS, the Updated Capital Projects Plan purchase of an Auger
attachment for the skid steer; and

WHEREAS, Five Star Services, Ltd has provided a quote of $2,252.50 in
for the purchase of an Auger attachment for the skid steer; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board is satisfied with the proposal submitted by
Five Star Services, Ltd.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. That the costs of an Auger attachment for the Skid Steer not to
exceed $2,300.

2. That the funds for said maintenance project shall be taken from
401-57331-820.

3. That the Village President and the Village Clerk are authorized
to sign any agreements or other documents necessary to carry
out the intent of this resolution.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 17th day of April, 2018.
