RESOLUTION BY THE PARKS, EVENT PLANNING, AND VILLAGE
BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE ENDORSING FINAL DESIGN OF A

SKATEBOARD PARK IN THE VILLAGE OF STURTEVANT

WHEREAS, the Village Board authorized a contract with American Ramp
Company for the designing of a skateboard park per Resolution 2017-72; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board authorized the concept design for
skateboard park per Resolution 2018-29; and

WHEREAS, the contract with American Ramp Company includes the
preparation of a final design documents and construction cost evaluations can be
completed once the final design is endorsed; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board would like to endorse the final design and
have American Ramp Company move forward with the final design documents
and construction cost evaluation.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. Preparation of Construction Document Package by American
Ramp Company based on the final design, as set forth in Exhibit
A, is authorized and approved.

2. Preparation of the final design documents and construction cost
evaluation is an included service in the contract authorized in
Resolution 2017-72, thus no additional costs to the village.

3. Any request for funds will require further authorization from the
Village Board.

4. That the Village President and the Village Clerk are authorized
to execute any contracts, agreements or other documents
necessary to carry out the intent of this resolution.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 17th day of April, 2018.
