RESOLUTION BY THE PUBLIC WORKS & CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
AND STORM & WASTEWATER COMMITTEE ACKNOWLEDGING THE

REVIEW OF THE CMAR

WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System (WPDES) permit issued by the Wisconsin Department of
Natural Resources to file a Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) for
its wastewater collection system under the Wisconsin Administrative Code NR
208; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to acknowledge that the governing body has
reviewed the 2017 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR); and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide recommendations or an active
response plan only if certain grades are not attained by the Village and the
Village has attained the highest grades achievable.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby acknowledge that it has reviewed the 2017
Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) for 2017 which will be
submitted by the Village Engineer on or before August 31, 2018 and is in
agreement with said report.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin, this 19th day of June, 2018.
