RESOLUTION BY THE PUBLIC WORKS & CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND
STORMWATER & WASTEWATER COMMITTEE DESIGNATING THE ROAD RIGHT-OF-

WAY FOR WILLOW ROAD IN THE VILLAGE OF STURTEVANT

WHEREAS, the Village Board endorsed the construction of Willow Road south per
Resolution 2018-12; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to designate road right-of-way for Willow Road south prior
to construction.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. That the following legal description for parcel of land, PT NW1/4 COM N1/4
COR S593 W160 N593 E160 TO POB & COM N1/4 COR S593 TO POB
S2040 W160 N2036 E160 TO POB Tax Exempt **Total Acres** 9.6, Village
of Sturtevant be designated right-of-way for Willow Road south, and also
identified as Tax Key No. 181-03-22-27-012-000 as set forth in Exhibit A,
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein is authorized and
approved.

2. The Village President and the Village Clerk are authorized to sign any
agreements or other documents necessary to carry out the intent of this
resolution.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County, Wisconsin,
this 19th day of June, 2018.
