RESOLUTION BY THE PUBLIC WORKS & CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
AND STORM & WASTEWATER COMMITTEE ADOPTING AN UPDATED

FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL PROJECTS PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF
STURTEVANT

WHEREAS, The Village of Sturtevant developed a Capital Improvement
Plan to identify long-term capital needs in the Village; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board worked with Ehlers, the Village’s financial
advisors in Financial Planning Workshops to determine the long-term financial
impact of undertaking capital projects; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to update the Capital Projects Plan to
determine which capital projects and capital equipment purchases should go
forward; and

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. That the Proposed Five-Year Capital Projects Plan, Village of
Sturtevant 2018-2022, as set forth in Exhibit A which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein is authorized and approved

2. The above identified projects and equipment purchases must be
authorized through a separate resolution by the Board.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin, this 18th day of December 2018.
