RESOLUTION BY THE PARKS, EVENT PLANNING, AND VILLAGE
BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE ENDORSING THE BIKE RODEO AS A

VILLAGE SPONSORED EVENT

WHEREAS, the Parks, Event Planning, and Village Beautification
Committee have been proactive in resurrecting old events and creating events
for Village residents; and

WHEREAS, Caylyn Marschke would like to donate her time to resurrect
the bike rodeo for local kids; and

WHEREAS, the Parks, Event Planning, and Village Beautification
Committee would like to endorse bringing back the Bike Rodeo event.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. That the Bike Rodeo shall be a Village sponsored event.
2. That Caylyn Marschke will work with the Sturtevant Police

Department to organize the event and obtain donations.
3. That the event shall take place on June 1, 2019.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin, this 18th day of December 2018.
