Unexpected loss against Braybrook revealed a decline in the team's form during the most important
part of the season.

“Parkside coach John Barbuto is putting on a brave face in the wake of Saturday's shock loss to
Division One strugglers Braybrook at Pennell Reserve.
It was the season's upset.
But Barbuto is keeping the faith and remains confident the Magpies can clinch a top three spot.
He has urged his players to "move on” from the disaster at the hands of the giant-killing Brookers.
He praised the discipline showed by Braybrook.
"They were very hungry at the ball," he said. Parkside had no answer to the brilliance of full-forward
Bill Ramsay (six goals) and centreman John Sammut (four goals).
