The Middle Kingdom: (11-12) Both the Tenth and Eleventh
Dynasties began at the same time, as the rulers of Ahnasia ruled
the Tenth Dynasty, while the kings of the Eleventh Dynasty ruled
from Thebes, and the Tenth Dynasty ended before the Eleventh
Dynasty
the 1ST four kings of 11th dynasty(Intef I, Intef II, Intef III,
Mentuhotep I) tried to unify the north and the south, but the
attempts did not succeed until about 84 years had passed, and the
unification was at the hands of the fifth king (Mentuhotep II).
