FACTOR
So far, we know that employees want to work
in a fun environment, employers are looking
to revitalize their employees, and research
indicates that fun in the workplace is a great
idea. Some companies have already tried
different ways to bring fun to the workplace,
and they have been successful. However,
we also know from testimony and research
that fun needs to be integrated on a regular
basis in order to be make a long-lasting
impact. So, how can we implement fun in the
workplace on a regular basis?

relationships. We have realized that the
number one contributor to a team’s success
is relationships. Building relationships is
what team building really means.
Relationships begin with a sense of
fellowship. The problem is people do not
